I am able to see now after three days of seminar in Búzios, that the reason of this avalanche of indoctrination’s and impositions, has one single principle which is of exempting the company of any responsibility in case of accidents and or damages, due to the fact that we received the tools and consequently we are the incompetent ones that didn t know how to use them correct and appropriately, come upon the exemption of the company and our direct implication and legal responsibility. Not mattering, if the means for the use of this tool were restricted due to the performance of the company by means of budget cuts, motivated by an imperious and colonialist necessity (the old name of the capitalism and of the modern globalization) of sending money for the main office, to satiate the brutal greed that always stopped us from live in peace and harmony. Since the early times of this country, we were havoc by this virulent plague that is the limitless desire for all our resources, natural, minerals and in a certain way it ties the human resources, that they have used to remove and to transport all our wealth, even working in most of the cases, with risk the own life and with degrading retributions , being treated by the ones that here always comes with arrogance and presumed superiority, trying to hide the fear and their own limitations that the competence and the spirit of greatness and the character of the people of this country (except for those that for its smallness, cowardice, character lack and also absence of intelligence, greed and incompetence they are loyal vassals, servants traitors of their own people) jumping to the eyes, our superiority does make the giants of the modern globalized world , see each other as they really are, nothing less than the pirates of the centuries XVI and XVII that in those days took everything that was possible to take, as our gold, our diamonds our emeralds our pau - brasil and due the technological limitations promised us, to come back to take what was become possible in the future, not without they pay to the silvicolas (that the imbeciles insisted on calling Indians), with diseases that decimated whole villages, betrayal; and to the people that helped them to martyr the other ones the pays was of necklaces, pots, small knives and especially mirrors, so that they could see their own clowns faces in them reflected.

When of my recruiting for this company, in a conversation with one of the people that in centuries past received the necklaces the pots and mainly the mirror, I was informed that here would receive the three factors for me primordial in a business relationship; absolutely in this order, in first place the professional respect, in second place (and due to the necessity of involving my daughter the most important) the benefits, and in third place the salary.

Today one year and one month after this conversation, due to the things that happens during this period every thing has vanished.

_ The respect professional on board it is achieved with great difficulty and it depends a lot on the humor (with honorable exceptions) of our direct and indirect superiors (these are easier, due to the fact of not existing the exercise of the histrionic exhibitionism of the presumed superiority). In what concern me as a professional that " demand" be respected by having since my first coming on board, executed my professional obligations with the maximum of my ability’s and competence having made my mistakes, without repeating them and realized my tasks and responsibilities with the best of myself, this I am aware and I am unyielding demanding the treatment that I’m entitled as human being, professional and a tax paying citizen of this country. (For your information, in my unit, Sedco 707, specifically in the radio room I am the only that in one year received, (4) four prizes for better start card of the week, being two for aiming insecure situations and two (2) for ennobling the colleagues work on board, and also one other reward given by OIM by having made a manual for training of radio operators,( forgotten ) and more one reward given by safety s supervisor by a work accomplished in skilled and expedite time in such a way that I was also recognized by the auditors that here were on board ( I have no excuse those are my own personal mirrors )and also for all (without exceptions) company mans of the Petrobrás whom I worked during this period. When attending courses demanded by the company (and paid by) I come out of them in a usefully and advantageous way being in GMDSS OP S course. I was in my group with one more colleague of NS14 the only ones of all the groups the achieved the mark of (100%) a hundred percent, even so never we received any type of " positive feed back”( something that all ways happened with the expats when they achieved such mark) from the same training leadership that was extremely incisive when remembering that we should not disappointed the expectations of the company that was investing in us (obviously this person also have a mirror in her make-up bag); These statements, they can be confirmed to any moment, for the involved people and they should put down any mediocre argument that I am a trouble maker and I just try to mask my incompetence and ineptitude to receive the respect of which here I speak, any argument in this sense it is nothing more then a small and sordid attempt of once again to mask the reality that not just afflicts me but to all the ones that want to be treated as t needed to be treated. People that do not feel confortable being subservient and wretch in their attitudes, and in their professional lives as well personal relationships.

In concern to the benefits am referring to just those that are granted by the company here, being just two; since benefits as: Participation in the profits and the purchase of stocks at prices bellow market prices as Petrobrás did recently, those benefits up to the present moment were never cogitated coming to subsidizing the theory of taking the maximum and giving just what you cannot avoid, elevating the condition of rule unquestionable of the mediocre ones, of the pirates of the centuries past and for most of the Brazilian administrators the maximum rule of the globalized economy that is plain and simply the maximization of profits with the minimization of expenses. Profits that are just to improve the life standards of those that control us in the first world . (with the agreement of the vassal ones that continue to receive a bit more of crumbs to fill those pots that came with the mirrors so that they could admire their clown faces (masculine and feminine) In respect to the dental plan, I can only praise the choice, and congratulate them for the excellent idea of existing an exclusive company to help us in case of difficulties as the liberation of budgets, the problem is that the existence of this company is not widely known impeding this way the full use of this benefit. Now, we are going to the so called health plan, A brief explanation; when I was hired the plan was Gama, excellent in all the aspects of health plan and also with a life insurance, ready attendance and without bureaucracy; with a vast net of doctors and hospitals , some time later ,a lie passed to be spread the that mentioned plan had been bought by Unibanco and for this financial institution it was finished , Unibanco was already the controller of this insurance , there for continues to assist to all the companies that stayed in it. After was Unibanco AIG Saude, an excellent health plan, also with a life insurance, that filled without problems and without limitations all the expectations I am sure of most of the employees and more important of its relatives that relay on it ; once again another lie, that referred plan had gone out of business, this time through an e mail of Mr. David Richards addressed to the manager of our rig John Swingler that was a correspondence to put an end in our questionings . Then come this 5th rate plan called unimed,a plan that adopted by the company, it was once again with the intuit of minimizing the expenses without the consequences were taken in consideration . I don t know what kind of evaluation was made, so that this plan was adopted by a company whose goal it is to be the first one in the world; I don t believe that the fact of the brother of the company’s doctor is the director of the unimed Macae was part of such a important decision especially, a decision that affects directly our work capacity when the stakes are the health of our families ;a very important reason for many of us to be here a way from them.

The complaints that subsidize these statements are in considerable numbers and they are already r in our rig manager s hands, and I am sure that many more will be added once the people pass to do use this plan that was imposed without taking at least in consideration the personal needs and above all the needs of our loved ones .I am certain that will be argued that the unimede has a larger inclusion in the country , that it is plan for the ones that live distant and in small cities, and that was taken in consideration the will of the majority ; having participated (and translated) when of the visit of the company doctor to our unit, I am witness that for wide and concrete majority, we rejected any mention of changing plane AIG Unibanco for the current unimed, consequently the great majority on board was in favor of staying the old plan, imagine our surprise when disembarking, already with the other plan ( AIG Unibanco Saude) had gone of to validity, we received an envelope of the unimed contend the identification cards and the reference book in Macae not taking in consideration the difficulties of who it lives out of Macae in obtaining it referred book (in Niteroi they try to charge R$ 3,00 for it) once again I remind again that we should not forget that the company should respect to the longings and needs of " ALL " its employees, and not just of moust I repeat " ALL " the Brazilians stay on board for 14 days they work 12 hs every day, consequently they deserve to have the same respect and treatment released to the others (majority) in what concerns to the benefits and the treatment we deserved to receive from this company.

In the concern the pecuniary part, I have very a little to say, because in the beginning of this document I’ve already made a statement about the several exploitation forms and lese that Brazilian workers have beings submitted during all its existence, saying more now is just a redundancy in the chapter of the book of injustices committed through out the centuries against us on behalf of the greed , in summon ,we are robed in our wages, we worked a lot, competently, and we against any other argument , mediocre and dubious of purposes , are righteous and correct people and we are a people that really do our best within our possibilities and limitations ( the limitations are usually created by others).

Concluding, I would like to bring to the people that work in the office of this company, some words, that certainly if taken seriously, are going to be of great worth when they find themselves lacking employment, respect and above all of personal dignity, for they have acted arrogantly , prepotent and in a prejudiced form against people that in spite of its ignorance’s and difficulties are and they will always be those that with its arduous work, its unselfishness and its character, they allowed you to have (while it lasts) a good (and depending on the level of involvement and the degree of compromising with this system, that seeks only and exclusively take from us everything without parameters and limits ), an excellent corporate, life plain with the more vain philosophies and the most superfluous benefits, wonder within your self, Why I am here for example at this exclusive Christmas party , lots of fun good food , drinks and gifts and my benefactors

the ones that guarantee my bread of every day with their work and sweat they are not at least invited for sharing of this moment of happiness, rejoice and recognition; ask why their (of them) rights were not recognized , when of the payment of overtimes and courses , their tickets and their stay in appropriate accommodations while at service , making courses or on the coming on board ,I wonder why discriminated the nationals , and the enthroning of the foreign I don’t understand why , remember your own citizenship, remember that the mineral resources, are ours (consequently yours also) therefore we have to bow to no one see that the future awaits us with surprises, very unpleasant ones if we are not capable to build together a great country for us for our children, our grandsons and for all the ones that come in peace and with respect to the people of this great nation , the moral superiority, it is not for sale nor imposed with the economic power it makes it self present in the actions and in the day by day that reflects good common sense wisdom and correction in our attitudes; think of this whenever you feel superior every time you see yourself above the ones that take communion with you in this privilege of being called humans, if you have a different view , have a good time cooking the garbage that they will leave for you , make yourself pretty -available (masculine and feminine) with your colored necklaces ,then you can bleed yourself of repent with your knives (small) and then , as grand finalle of a lousy life admire your decrepit clown faces in the little mirrors .Concluding, for those people that mediocre and limited ( because their focus continues on their own reflexes ) think that what is written in this document have reasons other then the one of bringing to the knowledge of whom it may concern the longings and the necessities of all brasilians that work for this company, to offer alternatives and give suggestions , because if this company really wants to stay distant of the analogy with the pirates of the last centuries , it should immediately begin to invest in the national human material as much in the ones that are already here and also in the future generations of brasilian citizens that if properly teaches and prepared by means of academically and technical scholarship’s and of financial support, so that in the future they can become a patrimony for TSF as much as their parents certainly are today.
